Attach plate 3 and 5 to plate 4,
put cam lock(A) into holes in
plate 4 and turn clockwise to
tighten as shown.
Fix plate 3 and 5 with plate 6
using screw(L) as shown.
Slide plate 18 along
grooves as shown.
