Connect plate #16 with plate #8

using wooden dowel(C) and then

fix with screw(H) as shown.

Connect the component(assembled in step 4)

with plate #5 using wooden dowel(C) at first.

Put cam lock(B) into plate #8 and #12,

turn clockwise to tighten as shown.
