Polite transmission refers to transmi ssion performed when there is no activity
in the current channel. The two-way radio will try impolite transmission several
times to obtain confirmation and then try polite transmission several times. This
feature is to set number of times tr ying polite tra nsmission of an emer gency
alarm with step of 1. (0 - ceaseless).
 Mic ac
tivation time:

If "e mergency alarm and voi ce" is se lected, after t he two-way radi o tra nsmits an
emergency a larm, the Ho t Mi c wil l be ac tivated a nd the tw o-way radio will
automatically start to transmit voice in specified Hot Mic duration. During this period,
a user does not have to press the PTT key to transmit voice. After the duration elapses,
the two-way radio st ops a utomatically. A call i nitiated d uring this d uration is a n
emergency call.

call (P): a call sent by a two-way radio to the other two-way radio.

roup call (G): a call sent by a two-way radio to a group of two-way radios.

ll call (A): a one-way call sent by a two-way radio to all two-way radios in the channel.
All call will not cross different time slots or channels in the system for com munication.
Only th e tw o-way radio used by an administrator is c onfigured w ith t he capability of
starting a ll ca ll. All other t wo-way radio s are set to monitor al l c all tra nsmission by
default.
