Slide the battery pack into the back of the radio in the direction of the
arrow ( ), then lock itwiththe battery release button.
Slide the battery pack until the battery releasebutton makes
a clicking sound." "
Turn off the radio before releasing the battery pack.
Push the battery release button in the direction of the arrow()as shown
below.
The battery pack is then released.

Conveniently attaches toyour belt.
Attach the belt clip with the supplied screws
using a phillips screw driver.

Insert the speaker/microphone plugs into the
speaker/microphone jacks.
The radio is not fully rain resistant while
using the external speaker/microphone.
