TROUBLE SHOOTING
During printing
Problems Possible Causes Solutions
The printer cannot be
turned on.
1 The battery power is low. (The
battery remaining LED is ashing
red.)
2 The battery is not inserted correctly.
3 You did not press the POWER
button for long enough.
1 Charge the battery fully.
2 Insert the battery correctly.

You entered the
password, but the device
cannot be connected to
the printer.
● The password is incorrect. ● Turn the printer on while holding the REPRINT
button to reset the password to the factory
default (1111).
You pressed the
REPRINT button, but
you cannot print.
1 No images are stored in the printer.
(The lm remaining LED ashes for
3 seconds.)

No lm remains in the printer. (All the
lm remaining LED are ashing.)
3 The lm pack is not loaded. (All the
lm remaining LED are ashing.)
