This warranty shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of
New York without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. If any court having jurisdiction finally
holds that this limitation of remedies and liabilities is void or unenforceable, Fujifilm’s liability for
any claim shall be limited to the purchase price of the Product giving rise to the claim, excluding
any taxes, shipping or other costs.
