Placement and Range
Place the remote units within communications
range of the master  ash, which is shorter outdoors
than indoors.
The example below shows a single remote unit with TTL
ash control.

Use the supplied mini stand and rotate the  ash heads to orient
the remote units with the receivers facing the master  ash. This
may not be necessary indoors, where signals re ected from the
walls may reach the receivers regardless of their orientation.

When placing remote units on stands
or other metal objects, ensure that the
metal does not touch the left side of
the  ash head. You may hear a loud re-
port when the  ash  res, but this does
not indicate a malfunction.
