Consult the table below should you encounter prob-
lems using your ash. If you don’t nd the solution

• If the ash or hot shoe contacts are dirty, clean them with
a soft, dry cloth (

• Check camera settings. The ash will not re if “o ” is se-
lected for ash mode, while if auto is selected it will re
only as required. Other settings may also prevent the ash
ring. See the camera manual for details.
