The Shooting Menus (Movies)

Items marked with both x and F icons are available in both the still

photography and movie shooting menus. Changes to these items in

either menu also apply to the item in the remaining menu.

MOVIE SETTING

To display options for movie recording, press MENU/OK in the mov-

ie shooting display and select the B(MOVIE SETTING) tab.

SHOOTING MODE Choose an exposure mode from P, S, A, and M.

MOVIE MODE

MOVIE MODE Adjust movie recording settings.

FILE FORMAT

FILE FORMAT Choose a movie format.

FULL HD HIGH SPEED REC

Adjust settings for Full HD high-speed movie recording.

FIX MOVIE CROP

MAGNIFICATION

Choose whether to ﬁ x the movie crop ratio at 1.29∶1.

F-Log RECORDING

F-Log RECORDING Choose whether to enable F-Log recording.

4K MOVIE OUTPUT

4K MOVIE OUTPUT Choose how 4K footage is recorded and whether it is

output via HDMI.

FULL HD MOVIE OUTPUT

FULL HD MOVIE OUTPUT Choose how Full HD footage is recorded and whether

it is output via HDMI.

HDMI OUTPUT INFO

DISPLAY

Choose whether HDMI devices mirror the information

in the camera display.

4K HDMI STANDBY

QUALITY

Choose whether output to connected HDMI devices

switches from 4K to Full HD during standby.

HDMI REC CONTROL

HDMI REC CONTROL Choose whether the camera sends movie start and

stop signals to the HDMI device when the shutter but-

ton is pressed to start and stop movie recording.

PHOTOMETRY

Choose how the camera meters exposure.
