Detach RU from Wall
This procedure describes how to remove the RU from the wall and Wall M ount ing Bracket.
Prerequisite:
■ Loctit e LB 8012 or equivalent lubricant applied to all bolt s
Recommended Tools:
■ ½, 7/ 16, and 11/ 16 socket s
■ 5/ 8 wrench
■ Philips screw driver
■ Power tools (optional)
Caution: All power and cabling to the RU must be disconnected from the RU before st art ing this
procedure.
Caution: The RU is heavy. Fujit su recommends removing the RU on a two-person team to avoid damage to
the unit or injury to the user.
Note: Attach a hoist to the eye bolts to support the RU during removal.
Step 1
Remove the tw o M 10 x 40 bolt s and washers from the front bott om of the RU.
Step 2
Remove the tw o M 10 x 30 bolt s and washers from the top of the RU.
