Customising AutoPlay function on your CD/DVD drive

Windows uses AutoPlay technology. This allows you to tell Windows how to
use different types of CD or DVD disks.
You can set the AutoPlay function of the CD/DVD drive according to your needs. For example, if
you insert a music CD you can tell Windows XP to launch Media Player and start to play it.
Proceed as follows:
If Windows XP is i nstalled on your system
Click Start and then My Computer.
The My Computer window w ill appear.
Select the CD / DVD icon you w ant to change a
nd click it with the right-hand mouse or
touchpad button.
A context menu appears.
Click on Properties.
Click on the AutoPlay tab.
Adjust the AutoPlay function to meet your needs.
Please note that you must select the desired action and conrm it with
Apply fo r each individual CD/DVD content typ e.

Enter the se tting s u nder Start symbol (Settings) Control P anel Hardware and Sound Autoplay.

individual CD/DVD content type.
Loudspeaker
Loudspeaker
Your notebook has a built-in loudspeaker.
If you connect headphones or external loudspeakers, the built-in
loudspeaker will be disabled.
Switching the loudspeaker on/o ff
Use the key combination
Fn
+
F3
to switch the loudspeaker on/off.
