the installed wireless LAN software.

The wireless LAN indicator
lights up when the wireless LAN module is switched on.

Ethernet and LAN
Ethernet LAN
The internal LAN module of y
our notebook supports Ethernet-LAN (10/100 Mbps). With the LAN
module you can establish a
connection to a local network (LAN = Local Area Network).
