Carrying out a w arm boot
This key com bination triggers a reset and reboots the notebook.
First hold dow n the
Ctrl
and
Alt
keys and the n press the
Del
key. F irst the Task Manager is displayed. Then yo u must press
all three keys again to reboot.

Backtab
This key combination moves the cu rsor back to the previous
tabular stop.
Shift+TabBackta b

for your operating system.
Country and keyboard settings
If you want to ch ange the country and keyboard settings, proceed as follows:
If Windows XP is installed on your system
Click on Start Control Panel.
Double-click on Regional and Language Options.
The c urrent settings are displayed in the Regional Options tab.
Select the country settings yo u wa nt to use.
Click on Apply.
Click on the Details buttonintheLanguages tab.
Click on Add... to add other keyboard layouts to the selection.
In the Default inpu t loca le eld, choose the k eyboard layou t you want to use when you start
your noteboo k.
Click on Apply and conrm with OK.
If Windows Vista is installed on your system
Enter the settings under Start symbol (Settings) Control Panel Clock, Language and Region.
Touchpad and touchpad buttons
Keep the touchpad clean. Protect it from dirt, liquids, and grease.
TouchpadButtons
Do not use the touchpad if your ngers are dirty.
Do not rest heavy objects (e.g. books) on the touchpad or the touchpad buttons.
