BIOS Setup Utility allows you to set the system functions and the hardw are
conguration of the notebook.
When it is delivered, the notebook is set to factory default settings. You can
change these settings in BIOS Setup Utility. Any cha nges you make take effect as
soon as you save and exit the BIOS Setup Utility.
The BIOS Setup Utility program contains the following men us:
Information
For system information such as BIOS version, processor and notebook
identication
Main
For system settings such as time, date and notebook inform ation
Advanced
Advanced system settings
Security
Password s ettings and security functions
Boot
Conguration of the start-up sequence
Exit
Exits the BIOS Setup Utility
Starting the BIOS Setup Utility
Reboot the notebook (switch o ff/
on o r reboot the operating system).

Use the cursor keys
