Switching on the notebook

► Slide the release butt on in direction of the
arrow (1) and open the LCD screen (2).
► Press the ON/OFF switc
h (1) to switch
the notebook on.

The power-on indicator is lit.
If you have set a password, you must enter this when asked to do s o in order to
start the operating system. Further information can be found in the "Professional
Notebook" operating manual, "Security fu nctions" chapter.
