CLEANING AND CARE Cleaning intake grille ■■ Removing intake grille CAUTION • Before cleaning this product, be sure to turn it off and disconnect all the power supply. • Before starting operation, make sure that the intake grille has been shut completely. Incomplete closing of the intake grille might have an effect on the proper working or performance of the air conditioner. • Be careful not to drop the intake grille.

11. GENERAL INFORMATION ■■ Heating performance This air conditioner operates on the heat-pump principle, absorbing heat from air outdoors and transferring that heat to the indoor unit. As a result, the operating performance is reduced as outdoor air temperature drops. If you feel that the heating performance is insufficient, we recommend you to use this air conditioner in conjunction with other kinds of heating appliance.
