SlotExpressCard
An ExpressCard s lot enables operation of an ExpressCard/34 or ExpressCard/54.
Consult the documentation supplied by the ExpressCard’s manufacturer
and fo llow the instructions provided.
Never use force when installing or removing an ExpressCard.
Make sure that no foreign objects enter the ExpressCard slot.
Inserting the card
Keep the placeholder for the slot in a safe place. When you remove the card again, you
must reinstall the place holder. T his prevents foreign objects from getting into the slot.

► Ge ntly push the card into the slot until you
feel it click into place. Do not use any force.
Depending o
n the particular type used, the
card may pr
otrude slightly from the slot.
