1 = Mainboard monitor ports 2 = G raph ics card external monitor ports
► Follow the instructions contain ed in the monitor manual to prepare the monitor
for ope ration (e.g . c onnecting cables).
► Plug the data cable into the suitable monitor port for the device (VGA, DVI-I, DisplayPort).
The monitor power cable may only be connected to the monitor socket of the de vice
if the monitor current consumption is less than 1.5 A at 2 30 V or 3 A at 115 V.
The values for the monitor current con sumption can be found in the technical
data on the monitor or in the operating manual for the monitor.

► Depend ing o n your device configuration level, plug the monitor p ower cable into either
the m onitor socket of the device (1) or a grounded power outlet (2).
