Before Using the Handset

The phone number of your FOMA terminal (My phone number) cannot be changed as it is registered in UIM. The
other items are recorded in FOMA terminal.

Changing the mail address in the user information does not change your i-mode mail address. Also, changing your
i-mode mail address does not automatically change the mail address in the user information.

You can register/edit user information also by pressing
p
on the user information (details) screen. And, you can
use user information from the submenu of user information (details) screen, or you can register location information
by using GPS function.

Using infrared communication, you can send user information to a mobile phone or a PC that infrared
communication function is equipped.
