Refer to the safety notes in the "Safety/regulations" manual and in th e "Getting
started", Page 19 chapter when connecting or disconnecting cables.

Should you e ncount
er a problem with your computer that you cannot resolve yourself:
Note t h e ID number
of your device. The ID numb er can be found on the type
rating plate on t h
e underside of the device.
For further clarication of the problem, contact the Service Desk for your country (see the
Service Desk list or visit the Internet at "
http://support.ts.fujitsu.com/contact/se rvicedesk"). When
you do this, please have r eady the ID number and serial number of your system.

Power-on indicator remains unlit after you have
switched on y our device

Troubleshooting
The mains voltage supply is faulty. Check tha t the power cable is properly
plugged into the device and into the mains
socket.
Internal power supply overloaded.
Unplug the power plug of the device from
the mains socket.
