Depending on the device variant, a WebCam may be integrated in your notebook.

sed, you can use y our Webcam to take pictures,
record video clips or take p
art in w eb chats.
The WebCam has its own stat
us indicator. The indicator lights up when the WebCam is switched on.
• The picture quality de pe
nds on the lighting conditions and the software being used.
• You can only ope rate the webcam with a particular application (e.g. a n Internet telephony
program or a v ideo conferencing program which supports a webcam).
• When using the webcam th
e notebook support must not wobble.
• The webcam automatica lly a djusts itself to the current light level. For this reason
the LCD screen ma y flicker while the light level is adjusted.

of the program which uses the webcam.
