Indicator Description
First battery indicat or
• The indicator lights up green: The first battery is charged to between 51% and
100% of maximum c apa city.
• The indicator slowly flashes green (1 second on/5 seconds off): The notebook
is in suspend mode and power is being supplied by the first battery. The first
battery is charged to between 51% and 100% of maximum capacity.
• The indicator lights up orange: The mains adapter is connected and the first
battery is being cha rged. The first battery is charged to between 13% and
50% of maximum capacity.
• The indicator s lowly flashes orange (1 second o n/5 seconds off): The notebook
is in suspend mode and power is being supplied by the first battery. The first
battery is charged to betwe en 13% and 50% of maximum capacity.
• The indicator flashes orange (for four seconds a fter installing the battery): The
battery charge level is being checked.
• The indicator lights up red: The mains adapter is connected and the first
battery is being charged. The first battery is charged to between 0% and 12%
of maximum capacity.
• The indicator slowly flashes red (1 second on/5 seconds off): The notebook
is in suspend mode and power is being supplied by the first battery. The first
battery is charged to between 0% and 12% of maximum capacity.
• The indicator flashes red (1 second on/1 second off). Malfunction.
• The indicator is n ot illuminated: The first battery is not installed or is not charged.
Second battery indicator
• The indicator lights up green: The second battery is charge d to between 51%
and 100% of its capacity.
• The indicator slowly flashes green (1 second on/5 seconds off): The notebook
is in suspend mode and power is being supplied by the second battery. The
second battery is charged to between 51% an d 100% of its capacity.
• The indicator lights up o range: The mains adapter is connected and the s econd
battery is being charged. The second battery is charged to between 13% and
50% of its capacity.
• The indicator s lowly flashes orange (1 second o n/5 seconds off): The notebook
is in suspend mode and power is being supplied by the second battery. The
second battery is charged to be tween 13% and 50% of its capacity.
• The indicator flashes orange (for four seconds a fter installing the battery): The

• The indicator is not illuminated: The second battery is n ot installed or is not
charged.
