Removing and installing com ponents
during servicing
Attaching the cover

► Place the cover in the correct mounting position (1).
If you remove m ore than one component at the same time, keep the screws for the
individual components separately fro m each other and make sure that you use the
correct screws. If you install the w rong screws, components m ay be damaged.
► Tighten the screw (2).
► Insert the ba
ttery (see Chapter "Installing a battery", Page 34).
Finishing component removal
After you have removed or cha nged the system co m ponents as you requ ired, please
prepare you r device for operation again as follows:
► Install the battery again (see "
Installing a battery", Page 34).
► Turn the
notebook the right way up again and place it on a flat surface.
► Reco nnect the cables that you disconnected before.
