SIM card
Whether or not you r device has a SIM card slot depends on whether or
not you have ordered UMTS fu nctionality.
A SIM Card (Subscriber Identity M odule) is a chip card which is inserted in a mobile telephone or
notebook to enable access to a mobile radio network in conjunction with an installed UMTS module.
Follow the instructions supplied by the provider of the S IM card.
The SIM card slot is located in the b attery compartment and can only
be accessed when the battery is removed.

e edge of the SIM card so that
it jumps u
p slightly ou t of the slot.
► Pull the SIM card out of the slot in the
direction of the arrow (1).
