Inserting the SIM card
► Prepare for insertion of the SIM card, see chapter "Preparing to r emove components", Page 106.
► Open the protective rubber cover of th e SIM card slot.
Do not pull on the SIM card lock! The lock could break off otherwise. Always
slide the lock in the direction of the arrow as shown.

► Slide the SIM card lock (a) in the
direction of the a rrow (1).
The clip (a) controls the power supply for
the UMTS module. The UMT S module is
switched off while the clip is open.
► Slide the SIM card as shown into
slot (2) u ntil it engages.
► Slide the SIM card lock (a) in the
direction of the a rrow (3).
► Close the protective rubbe r cover of the SIM card slot.
