Removing a SIM card
► Prepare for removal of th e SIM c ard, see c hapter "Preparing to rem ove componen ts", Page 106.
► Open the protective rubber cover of the SIM card slot.
Do not pull on the SIM card lock! The lock could break off otherwise. Always
slide the lock in the direction of the arrow as shown.

► Slide the SIM card lock (a) in the
direction of the arrow (1).
► Press on the edge of the SIM card so
that it pops out of the slot slightly.
► Pull the SIM card out of the slot in the
direction of the arrow (2).
► Slide the SIM card lock (a) in the
direction of the arrow (3).
► Close the protective rubber cover of
the SIM card slot.
► Complete the removal, see ch apter "
Finishin g component removal", Pa ge 112.
