● Calls cannot be made from the terminal connected to an
external device such as car navigation or handsfree
device.
If calls are made several times when the other party does
not answer or is out of service, the call to this number
may be disabled. In this case, turn the terminal OFF and
ON.
■ Maps/GPS function
● Cannot set AUTO-GPS service information.
• Is AUTO-GPS function disabled due to battery low? If
AUTO-GPS is disabled by Lower-power operation
settings, AUTO-GPS service information cannot be set.
In this case, set Lower-power operation settings to [Not
suspend] or charge the battery.

• Is the GPS function OFF? When the GPS function is OFF,
AUTOGPS function stops.

■ Others
● When performing the fingerprint authentication or
registration, a message such as [Swipe a little bit
slower] or [Swipe a little bit faster] is displayed even
without touching the sensor.
The surface of the sensor may be wet or water condenses
on the sensor. Remove water with soft cloth.
● When using the fingerprint sensor, the screen on the
display disappears.
When the fingerprint sensor is pressed, the terminal turns
into sleep mode. Slide your finger on the fingerprint
sensor with force that does not press the sensor.
● You cannot perform the fingerprint authentication when
the terminal is connected with a PC etc.
While the terminal is connected with a device such as a PC
using a USB cable, the fingerprint authentication may not
be available. In such a case, disconnect the terminal from
the device and retry the fingerprint authentication.
● Commercially available external devices (USB mouse,
keyboard, etc.) are not recognized.
If you use a microUSB adapter (commercially available),
connect microUSB adapter to the external device, and
then connect to the terminal.
◆ Error messages
● Memory space is full
The terminal is low on memory. If you keep using, some
functions and applications may not be operated.
Open setting screen to select unnecessary apps, then
press "Uninstall" to uninstall them.
Displayed when available memory of the terminal is low.
Tap [Setting screen] to delete unnecessary applications.
Alternatively, end running applications or clear cache of
applications to increase memory space.

● All voice services are blocked./Voice service is
blocked./Emergency service is blocked./Data service
is blocked.
Phone line or packet communication facilities are broken
down or line or packet communication network is very
busy. Wait a while and then operate again.
● Cannot activate fingerprint sensor
It appears when the fingerprint sensor does not work
properly. If the fingerprint sensor is disabled even if you
turn the power off and on, please contact a docomo Shop
near you.
