This command executes a seek operation of the cylinder/track where the logical data block
specified in the "Logical block address" field in the CDB exists.
The functions and operation of this command are the same as those of the Group 0 SEEK
command (Section 3.2.7), except that it is possible to specify 4-byte logical block addresses.
