Connecting e xtern a l devices
DisplayPort (multifunctio nal cradle only)
DisplayPort
The DisplayPort of the multifunctional cradle can be used to connect a monitor,
LCD T V or a plasma TV with an corresponding port.
► Con nect the data cable to the
external device.
► Con nect the data cable to the DisplayPort
of the cradle.
Some LCD televisions have only two loudspeaker connections and therefore
cannot reproduce Dolby Digital or DTS. In order to reproduce the sound, you
must go into Windows and adjust the sound settings.
► To do this, deactivate the DTS A udio and Dolby Digital settings in the control
panel for th e Realtek HDMI Output.
