The notebook cannot be started

The battery is not installed c orrectly.
► Check w hethe r th e battery is installed
correctly in its compartment.
► Switch the notebook on.
The battery is dead.
► Charge th e battery.

► Insert a charged battery.

► Connect the mains adapter to the
notebook.
The powe r adapter is not connected correctly.
► Check whether the mains adapter is
connected correctly to the notebook.
