Business processes and customer bases are becoming more and more comprehensive as they rely on Internet technology. Consequently, data
centers are faced with the challenge of making flexible and fast enhancements to their front-end infrastructure services. Increasingly they are
looking for a platform solution that has minimum impact on their budgets, yet is easy to deploy and simple to operate. The PRIMERGY RX100
S6 has the appropriate answer.
The technical developments, such as Quad-Core Intel® Xeon® CPU in the 3200/3300 series, integrated SAS or SATA RAID 0, 1 data
protection, easy to replace 2 x 3.5-inch hot-plug SATA or SAS hard disks and 8GB RAM - all make the PRIMERGY RX100 S6 ideal for your
business applications. It combines the advantages of cost-optimized SATA or SAS hard disk technology in just one height unit with an
installation depth of less than 60 cm. This makes it easy to integrate into any rack enclosures. The standard iRMC S2 (integrated Remote
Management Controller) offers comprehensive system management based on IPMI 2.0 technology. The integrated network and management
functions make it a good choice for infrastructure solutions even if budgets are limited.
