Switch off the external monitor and the

Check whether the power cable is plugged
properly into the external monitor and into
the power socket.
Check whether the data cable is properly

Switch on the external monitor and the
notebook.
Troubleshooting and tips
If the date and time are repeatedly incorrect when you switch on the notebook, the built-in
battery that supplies the internal clock has failed. Please contact our Authorized Service Centre.
