Connect the audio/video output jacks of another source to the AUX AUDIO L/R and VIDEO jacks of this TV/DVD. Then press SELECT until "AUX" appears on the screen.

By hooking the player up to a Dolby Digital decoder, you can enjoy a more convincing, realistic ambience with powerful and high-quality surround sound as enjoyed in movie theaters.

NOTE: Channel memory programming is NOT needed when connected to a cable box or satellite box. Just select the TV/DVD channel selector to the output channel of the cable box or satellite box (Ex CH3). Then select the channel to be viewed on the Cable Box or Satellite Box.

The tuner scans and memorizes all the active channels in your area. NOTES: • The TV/DVD distinguishes between standard TV channels and cable(CATV) channels.

Although they are usually the best, you may need to make some further adjustments for a natural looking image. You may change the sleep time with pressing SLEEP on the remote control repeatedly. The timer is set up to 120 minutes, 30 minutes each time SLEEP is pressed. SLEEP 120 MINUTE To cancel the sleep timer: Press SLEEP repeatedly until "SLEEP 0 MINUTE" is displayed.

[DVD] Data on a DVD is divided into sections called "titles", and then into subsections called "chapters", each of which is given a title or chapter number. Playback conditions are preset on some DVD video discs, and these playback conditions take priority over user operations on this player.

This feature allows you to prevent discs with alternative scenes from being played by your children. All parental lock is cancelled. ¡Level 8 DVD software of any grade (adult/general/children) can be played back. ¡Levels 7 to 2 PARENTAL LEVEL Parental Level allows you to set the rating level of your DVD discs.

Problem No power. The TV/DVD does not respond to the remote control. Corrective Action • Make sure the power plug is connected to an AC outlet. • Make sure the power is turned on. • Check if the power plug is connected to an AC outlet. • Check the batteries in the remote control.

(avec un mot de passe ou la lecture s’arrête). Cette fonction vous permet d’empêcher vos enfants de reproduire des disques contenant d’autres scènes. ¡Il arrive qu’il soit difficile de trouver si certains DVD sont compatibles avec le verrouillage parental.
