1 Press [OPEN/CLOSE A] to open the disc tray.
2 Place the disc on the disc tray with its label
side facing up.
Make sure the disc is compatible with this unit. (Refer to
page 16 for the list of compatible discs.)
3 Press [OPEN/CLOSE A] to close the disc tray.
To eject the disc:
Press [OPEN/CLOSE A] to open the disc tray.
Remove the disc.
Press [OPEN/CLOSE A] to close the disc tray.
For the playback media to be read by this unit, the correct
media mode should be selected. You can switch the media
mode by following the steps below.
1 In stop mode, press [SETUP].
2 Use [K / L] to select , then press [ENTER].
3 Use [K / L] to select “Mode Select”, then press
[ENTER].
4 Use [K / L] to select the desired media, then
press [ENTER].
5 Press [SETUP] to exit.

How to Insert a Disc
Selecting the Media Mode
Note
Even if you set the media mode to “SD Card” or
“Network”, the setting will be switched to “Disc” in
following cases :
- If you turn the unit into the standby mode.
- If you change the active source mode to “Aux”,
“Coaxial”, “MP3 Line-in” or “FM” mode.
“SD Card” can be selected only when an SD Memory
Card is inserted into the SD CARD slot.
Align the disc to the
disc tray guide.
It may take a while to load the disc.
