THREEYEARLIMITEDWARRANTY‐SAVEYOURSALESRECEIPT!Yourreceiptisyourproofofpurchase
andconfirmstheproductwaspurchasedatanAuthorizedFurmanDealer.Itwillneedtobesubmitted
toFurmanSoundinordertoprocessanywarrantyclaims.FurmanSound,LLC,havingitsprincipalplace
of
businessat1690CorporateCircle,Petaluma,CA94954(Manufacturer)warrantsitsMeritSeries(the
Product)asfollows:ManufacturerwarrantstotheoriginalPurchaseroftheProductthattheProduct
soldhereunderwillbefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipforaperiodofthreeyearsfrom
thedateofpurchase.
IftheProductdoesnotconformtothisLimitedWarrantyduringthewarranty
period(ashereinabovespecified),PurchasershallnotifyManufacturerinwritingoftheclaimeddefects.
Ifthedefectsareofsuchtypeandnatureastobecoveredbythiswarranty,Manufacturershall
authorizePurchasertoreturn
theProducttotheFurmanheadquarters.Warr anty claims MUSTbe
accompaniedbyacopyoftheoriginalpurchaseinvoiceshowingthepurchasedate.Shippingchargesto
theFurmanfactorymustbeprepaidbythePurchaseroftheproduct.Manufacturershall,atitsown
expense,furnishareplacementProductor,atManufacturers
option,repairthedefectiveProduct.
ReturnshippingchargesbacktoPurchaserwillbepaidbyManufacturer.THEFOREGOINGISINLIEUOF
ALLOTHERWARRANTIES,EXPRESSORIMPLIED,INCLUDINGBUTNOTLIMITEDTOTHEIMPLIED
WARRANTIESOFMERCHANTABILITYANDFITNESSFORAPARTICULARPURPOSE.Manufacturerdoes
notwarrantagainstdamages
ordefectsarisingoutofimproperorabnormaluseofhandlingofthe
Product;againstdefectsordamagesarisingfromimproperinstallation,againstdefectsinproductsor
componentsnotmanufacturedbyManufacturer,oragainstdamagesresultingfromsuchnon‐
Manufacturermadeproductsorcompo nents.ThiswarrantyshallbecancelablebyManufa cturer
atits
solediscretioniftheproductismodifie dinanywaywithoutwrittenauthorizationfromFurmanSound.
ThiswarrantyalsodoesnotapplytoProductsuponwhichrepairshavebeenaffectedorattemptedby
personsotherthanpursuanttowrittenauthorizationbyManufacturer.THISWARRANTYISEXCLUSIVE.
Thesole
andexclusiveobligationofManufacturershallbetorepairorreplacethedefectiveProductin
themannerandfortheperiodprovidedabove.Manufacturershallnothaveanyotherobligationwith
respecttotheProductsoranypartthereof,whetherbasedoncontract,tort,strictliabilityorotherwise.
Undernocircumstances,
whetherbasedonthisLimitedWarrantyorotherwise,shallManufacturerbe
liableforincidental,special,orconsequentialdamages.Manufacturers
employeesorrepresentativesORALOROTHERWRITTENSTATEMENTSDONOTCONSTITUTE
WARRANTIES,shallnotberelieduponbyPurchaser,andarenotapartofthecontractforsaleorthis
limitedwarranty.ThisLimitedWarrantystatestheentireobligationofManufacturerwithrespecttothe
Product.IfanypartofthisLimitedWarrantyisdeterminedtobevoidorillegal,theremaindershall
remaininfullforceandeffect.
