Upholstered seating maintenance instruction
1. Please do not directly contact upholstered seat when the body is sweating to prevent sponge
collapse or and accelerated aging.
2. Please take off the keys and knives you carry while sitting on the cushion seat to avoid
inadvertently damaging the cushion seat.
3. Please do not sit on the backrest and armrest of the product, or violently hit the cushion seat
to avoid damage to the internal structure of the cushion seat. Try to avoid children jumping on
upholstered seats, so as not to cause the resilience of sponge and leather is inconsistent, which
affects the life and appearance of upholstered seats.
4. Avoid staining the cushion seat with oil stains, ballpoint pens, ink, etc. If you find stains on the
upholstered seat, you should immediately clean it with professional cleaner. If there is no, you
can use a clean white towel with a little alcohol to gently wipe the stain, then dry it with a dry
wet towel, and finally use protective care once.
5. The upholstered seats should avoid direct sunlight, especially leather upholstered product.
If the leather is exposed to direct sunlight, it will change color, aging, dehydration and cracking. If
the upholstered seat has been exposed to sunlight, adjusters should be added to protect the
original balance. The leather upholstered seat should be 8-12 centimeters away from the heat
sink to avoid local heating of the upholstered seat, resulting in aging of the leather.
6. Please do not rub sharp objects on surface to keep it bright and cause the thread to fall off or
damage the skin. If there is any damage, please contact a professional manufacturer for repair.
7. Daily cleaning of upholstered seats uses a dry towel to gently wipe the dust. If the cushioned
seat is often wiped with a damp towel, moisture will penetrate into the seat, causing the seating
to harden and reduce the life of the cushioned seat. Do not use strong decontamination products
(such as washing powder, gasoline, rubber water, etc.) to clean the upholstered seat to avoid
discoloration and hardening.
8. Keep away from humid environment. Do not place the upholstered seat in a humid place,
otherwise it will be moldy and affect the service life of the upholstered seat.
After-sales service matters:.
1. Warranty of internal structure 1 year, surface appearance fabrics are not covered by warranty.
2. The company can provide the service of returning to the manufacturer for repair if the
specified time limit is exceeded or the damage is artificial. But we need to charge freight and
material cost.
3. The product quality guarantee period is subject to the date of purchase; please keep the
receipt voucher properly.
