2.3 Setting Options
To access and set options, select [Option] on the menu bar, then click [Option] in the drop-down
menu. The [Option] window has two tabs, [File] and [Graphic].
To adjust settings as required, click the radio button or the up/down arrow button as appropriate.
File tab settings
Group Settings Description
File Saving Create new files at 00:00 Creates a new file each day at 00:00 hours.
The files will have the same naming format
as shown in section 2.2 “How to download
RAM data”.
Create a new file at specific
time period (1h - 24h)
Creates a new file each day for the specified
time period only. When the recording period
is longer than this setting, the latest
information is stored. For example, period is
set to “2 hours”, but recording continues for
3 hours. The latest 2 hours of data is stored,
the oldest 1 hour of data is deleted. Saved
file is named “userfile.dat” or “userfile.dat2”
and is overwritten with each new session.
Not saving Data is displayed, but not saved.
Echo Data
Saving
On/Off On to save echo data, Off to ignore echo
data.
Time Interval 1 sec, 5 sec, 10 sec, 30 sec, 1
min, 5 min, 10 min, 15 min, 30
min, 60 min
Sets the time interval for data display.
Auto Printing Log Automatically prints the LOG DATA screen
at every 60 lines of text data.
Graphic Automatically prints the GRAPH screen at
every new page.
Off No automatic printing occurs.
