Futaba T10J Technical Notice

This Technical Notice applies only to owners of a Futaba T10J transmitter (commonly referred

to simply as the 10J) with the following serial numbers: B401*****, B402*****, B403*****

and B404*****. Serial numbers can be found on the bottom of the transmitter.

Recently we were informed that, when used with the variometer sensor, the telemetry system’s

speech function may indicate that the aircraft is descending when it is actually climbing. All

other functions work properly.

To correct this, Futaba has released a free update (version 1.0.4) which is available at our web

site: http://www.futaba-rc.com/software-updates.html. If you prefer, you may also contact our
