When you insert the batteries, all the icon on the LCD display will briefly light up for 3 seconds, and you will
hear a beep tone, 3 seconds later, automatically into the working mode.
Locate the temperature sensor jack on the right side of the Transmitter.Insert the meat temperature sensor
into the jack.
TO SELECT MEAT TYPE AND TASTE LEVEL
Press MEAT” button to navigate and select the desired meat types.
Each press will change the display in the following sequence:
BEEF LAMB VEAL HAMBURGER PORK TURKEY CHICKEN FISH PGM
Press TASTE” button to select the doneness level (Rare, Medium Rare, Medium, Medium Well or Well Done).
The target temperature appears on the LCD screen.
When the meat type selection in PGM, press ” and “” button to select temperature by the
programmable setting, setting range: -50°C --- 300°C or -58°F --- 572°F.
Begin cooking.
TEMPERATURE ALARM BY COOKING
The cooking alerts will sound when the meat has reached the target temperature.
In alarm mode,press any button to turn off alarm sound
AFTER COOKING
Once cooking is finished, remove the probe using an oven mitt.
Clean the probe with water and a mild detergent.To clean the main unit and sensor, wipe with a damp cloth
°C/°F TEMPERATURE DISPLAY
The temperature is displayed either in °C or °F. To select Fahrenheit or Celsius, In any type except for the
PGM type, press
” button allows you to switch between the individual models.
POWER ON/OFF
The transmitting unit in the working mode, press and hold “TASTE ” button to turn off the LCD display.
The transmitting unit in the working mode, Automatic turn off the products is not in use after About 30
minutes by
The transmitting unit in the Shutdown mode, press and hold “TASTE ” button to turn on the LCD display.
BACKLIGHT
Press any button to illuminate the screen for 30 seconds.
TRANSMITTER TRANSMIT RULES
If the temperature probe the temperature remains unchanged, the transmitter every 30 seconds at a
temperature signal transmission.
If the temperature probe the temperature change of more than 1°C, the transmitter will transmit a signal.
