ORDERING

INSTALLATION
• Each piece has a consistent quality and finish, which requires no
sanding, priming or sealing
• Joints between boards and sheets can easily be bonded with
Devcon TrimBonder adhesive to prevent separation of joints
• Density is similar to hickory or white pine with a consistent core
good for routing
• Can be cut and routed with standard woodworking tools
PAINTING
The surface has a consistent quality and finish that never needs painting -
no sanding, priming or sealing. These products may be painted to achieve
desired color but is not required. Since PVC is a thermoplastic polymer,
it must be painted with a paint that has a Light Reflectance Value (LRV)
of 55% or higher. There are many special formulated paint systems that
will allow dark paint colors to be applied to PVC with low heat absorption.
Please contact your local paint supplier for more details on painting
specifications for PVC surfaces.
QuickRail products should never be painted. To do so will void the limited
lifetime warranty.
