ThisequipmenthasbeentestedandfoundtocomplywiththelimitsforaClassBdigitaldevice,pursuant
to part15 ofthe FCC Rules. These limitsaredesigned to providereasonable protection againstharmful
interferenceinaresidentialinstallation.Thisequipmentgenerates, uses and canradiate radio frequency
energyand,ifnotinstalledandusedinaccordancewiththeinstructions,maycauseharmfulinterference
toradiocommunications.However,thereisnoguaranteethatinterferencewillnotoccurinaparticular
installation.Ifthisequipmentdoescauseharmfulinterferencetoradioortelevisionreception,whichcan
be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the
interferencebyoneormoreofthefollowingmeasures:
Reorientorrelocatethereceivingantenna.
Increasetheseparationbetweentheequipmentandreceiver.
Connecttheequipmentintoanoutletonacircuitdifferentfromthattowhichthereceiverisconnected.
Consultthedealeroranexperiencedradio/TVtechnicianforhelp.

SAR tests are
conducted using standard operating positions accepted by the FCC with the device
transmitting at its highest certified power level in all tested frequency bands, although the SAR is
determinedatthehighestcertifiedpowerlevel,theactualSARlevelofthephonewhileoperatingcanbe
wellbelowthemaximumvalue.
Beforeanewdeviceisaavailableforsaletothe
public,itmustbetestedandcertifiedtotheFCCthatit
doesnotexceedtheexposurelimitestablishedbytheFCC,Testsforeachdeviceareperformedinpositions
andlocationsasrequiredbytheFCC.
For body worn operation, this device has been
tested and meets the FCCRFexposureguidelines
NoncompliancewiththeaboverestrictionsmayresultinviolationofRFexposureguidelines.
