Thisdevicecomplieswithpart15oftheFCCRules.Operationissubjecttothefollowingtwoconditions:

(1) Thisdevicemaynotcauseharmfulinterference,and

(2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired

operation.

Anychangesormodificationsnot expresslyapprovedbythepartyresponsibleforcompliancecouldvoid

theuser'sauthoritytooperatetheequipment.

ThisequipmenthasbeentestedandfoundtocomplywiththelimitsforaClassBdigitaldevice,pursuant

to part15 ofthe FCC Rules. These limitsaredesigned to providereasonable protection againstharmful

interferenceinaresidentialinstallation.Thisequipmentgenerates, uses and canradiate radio frequency

energyand,ifnotinstalledandusedinaccordancewiththeinstructions,maycauseharmfulinterference

toradiocommunications.However,thereisnoguaranteethatinterferencewillnotoccurinaparticular

installation.Ifthisequipmentdoescauseharmfulinterferencetoradioortelevisionreception,whichcan

be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the

interferencebyoneormoreofthefollowingmeasures:

‐Reorientorrelocatethereceivingantenna.

‐Increasetheseparationbetweentheequipmentandreceiver.

‐Connecttheequipmentintoanoutletonacircuitdifferentfromthattowhichthereceiverisconnected.

‐Consultthedealeroranexperiencedradio/TVtechnicianforhelp.

SAR tests are

conducted using standard operating positions accepted by the FCC with the device



transmitting at its highest certified power level in all tested frequency bands, although the SAR is

determinedatthehighestcertifiedpowerlevel,theactualSARlevelofthephonewhileoperatingcanbe

wellbelowthemaximumvalue.

Beforeanewdeviceisaavailableforsaletothe

public,itmustbetestedandcertifiedtotheFCCthatit

doesnotexceedtheexposurelimitestablishedbytheFCC,Testsforeachdeviceareperformedinpositions

andlocationsasrequiredbytheFCC.

For body worn operation, this device has been

tested and meets the FCCRFexposureguidelines
