Giabbiano inspires confidence by designing high quality luggage that contains and protects your
personal belongings as you travel. Our goal is to design and manufacture high quality luggage at
an affordable price. Our luggage is made from durable and lightweight material that is shatter
resistant and will keep your precious cargo safe as you travel from airport to seaport or anywhere
in between. Giabiano strives to make durable, dependable designs.
Warranty Infomation
Gabbiano Luggage's products are designed and manufactured to the highest standards of
workmanship with the finest materials available and carry a 3 or 5 years limited warranty against
defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase with our authorized retailers. It is
important to note that our warranty does not cover fabric fading, damage caused by normal wear
and tear, misuse, mishandling, improper care; especially moving parts and wheels or any
component parts, including handling by third parties.
Gabbiano Luggage is unable to take responsibility for damages that may cause by normal wear
and tear, misuse, abuse or mishandling to body, wheels, handles and other moving part,
including third party mishandling. We strongly suggest that, should your piece of luggage be
damaged while flying, you report it to the airline that you have flown with before you leave the
airport. If a combination lock is provided, this warranty does not cover the inability to remember
the lock's combination.
All warranty request will be handled via online only. Original receipt, warranty tag along with a
fee ($24.95) to cover the service charge is required. The warranty claimer is responsible for
bringing or sending the defective product to the designated service location at his/her own
expense. This warranty only applies in the Continental U.S.
The product must be returned to Gabbiano Luggage Inc. in order to be repaired or replaced.
Please make sure to follow the instruction on the website every time you need warranty.
For repair or replacement, please fill the Warranty Claim Form online. Please allow 7-10
business days to receive a response from us. We will not process claims that are incomplete or
missing required information as stated on the Warranty Procedures. Please also note that
products returned to us without authorization will not be accepted for repair or replacement and
will be discarded without notice. We do not accept in-person deliveries unless authorized by
Gabbiano Luggage Inc.
