GacoFlex Coating
50-Year Limited Material Warranty
Gaco Western, LLC warrants GacoFlex Coating to be free
of defects in material for a period of 50 years and to meet
published physical properties at the time of manufacture.
IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS:
There are no expressed warranties, other than the warranties
described above, and no implied warranties, such as warranties
of fitness or merchantability.
The buyer’s sole remedy in the event of a breach of warranty is
for Gaco Western, LLC to replace any non-conforming products
with conforming Gaco Western, LLC products. Gaco Western, LLC
will not be liable for direct, incidental or consequential damages
of any kind under any circumstances.
OTHER LIMITATIONS AND CONDITIONS:
The warranty is void if the GacoFlex Coating is painted, patched or
covered over in any way with any product other than GacoFlex Coatings.
1. The warranty does not cover any labor costs for inspection, testing or
repair of the GacoFlex Coating or any other labor costs.
2. Any claim under this warranty shall be sent in writing to Gaco Western,
LLC Warranty Claims Manager at the address below and shall include a
description of the product defect and any information indicating
warranty liability and also shall include proof of purchase with original
receipt.
3. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have
other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow
the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so
the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
