Description
M-Bond
™
Adhesive/Sealant
is a moisture-curing polyether
roofing sealant that bonds to
asphaltic membranes, concrete,
steel, aluminum, wood, glass,
and PVC.
Uses
Designed for use in the M-Curb
™
Pitch Pocket System to seal
around penetrations; also used
to adhere the M-Curb
™
Pitch
Pocket System to the asphaltic
roof. See M-Curb

Surface Preparation
All surfaces shall be clean,
sound, dry, and free of loose
materials like rust, oil, wax,
and grease. Wipe all new
metal with rubbing alcohol
before sealant application.

Shelf life of M-Bond
™
Adhesive/
Sealant is 12 months from
date of manufacture when
stored at 70°F (21°C) with
50% relative humidity. High
temperature and high rela-
tive humidity may significantly
reduce shelf life. M-Bond
™
Adhesive/Sealant will not freeze
under normal conditions.
Precautions
• Do not store in elevated
temperatures. Elevated
temperatures will reduce
shelf life.
• Store unopened containers
in a cool, dry area. Protect
unopened containers from
water, heat, and direct
sunlight.
• Use only on clean, dry
surfaces that are free of
all surface contaminants.
• Do not apply in temperatures
below 32°F (0°C).
• Do not cut or thin M-Bond
™
Adhesive/Sealant.
• Cold temperatures and low
humidity will slow curing.
• Do not use on TPO or Kynar
®
PVDF coated materials.
• Always test substrates to
confirm adhesion.
