# ITEM DESCRIPTION
1 Display
In standby mode, displays the time. In cooking mode, displays cooking time, weight,
and other
information.
2Auto menu
Press one of these buttons to automatically cook the item indicated. See “Cooking
with the auto menu” on page 11.
3 Defrost By Time
Press this button, then enter the time you want for an item to defrost. See “Defrosting
by time” on page 11.
4 Number pad Press to enter cook time, defrost time, clock time, and other information.
5 *Clock / Timer
• Clock Set — Press and hold for 3 seconds, then enter time. See “Setting the
clock” on page 10
• Timer — Press once, then enter the time you want to count down. See “Using
the kitchen timer” on page 10.

(vent)
Press to turn on your vent fan and remove odors from cooking. Press repeatedly to
select an option. You can select High, Low, or Off (to turn your fan off). See “Using the
vent fan” on page 12.
7 Start
In standby mode or after you enter the cooking duration, press this button to begin
c
ooking.
8 Defrost By Weight
Press this button, then enter the weight of the item y
ou want to defrost. The cooking
time is set automatically. See “Defrosting by weight” on page 11.
9 *Sound
Press and hold for three seconds to turn off the keypad beep sound. Press and hold
again f
or three seconds to turn off all sounds. Press and hold again for three seconds
to turn on all sounds.

Press and hold for three seconds to Lock or Unlock the control panel functions.
