The PN8 LED SURFACE Prole is 200cm long as standard,
comes in black and white, is made from high-quality alu-
minium (anodised) and is designed for use as an RECES-
SED or SURFACE-MOUNTED prole as well as an inde-
pendent linear lighting system (in combination with the
PL10 cable port or the PL10.1 mounting prole - with or
without cable suspension).
The standard at prole cover made from shatterproof,
ame-retardant polycarbonate (classication ammability
UL94 V-2 - opal/satinised - 65% transparency) will com-
pletely cover the top of the aluminium prole, and LED
ex stripes with a maximum width of 16mm can be xed
with adhesive.

When using the innovative H2O cover (also opal/satinsed
polycarbonate), with the PN33 aluminium cooling strip as
a carrier for the LED ex stripe, the maximum width for
LED stripes is 13mm. The H2O end caps are made from
silicone and are inserted into the side of the prole like a
plug. This prevents moisture and water from getting in.
The H2O end caps with cable channels must be sealed
with silicone!
Das PN8 LED AUFBAU-Prol wird standardmäßig mit
200 cm Länge und je nach Wunsch auch in den Farben
Schwarz und Weiß geliefert, ist aus hochwertigem Alumi-
nium (eloxiert) gefertigt und für den Einsatz sowohl als
AUFBAU- und EINBAU-Prol als auch als eigenständiges
lineares Leuchtensystem (in Verbindung mit der Kabel-
schleuse PL10 oder dem Montageprol PL10.1 – mit und
ohne Seilabhängung) konzipiert.
Mit der achen Standard-Prolabdeckung aus bruch-
sicherem und schwer brennbaren Polycarbonat (Klassi-
zierung Brennbarkeit UL94 V-2 - opal/satiniert – Licht-
durchlässigkeit 65 %) wird das ALU-Prol oberseitig
komplett abgedeckt und es können LED Flexbänder mit
einer max. Breite von 16 mm eingeklebt werden.

Beim Einsatz der innovativen H2O-Abdeckung (ebenfalls
aus Polycarbonat und opal/satiniert), in die der ALU-
Kühlstreifen PN33 als Trägerobjekt für das LED Flexband
eingesetzt wird, beträgt die max. Breite für LED Stripes
13 mm. Die H2O-Endkappen bestehen aus Silikon und
werden seitlich wie ein Pfropf in das Prol gesteckt. Dies
verhindert das Eindringen von Feuchtigkeit und Wasser.
Die H2O-Endkappen mit Kabeldurchführung müssen mit
Silikon abgedichtet werden!
