For products purchased after January 1, 2015, the length of the manufacturer’s limited warranty
is two (2) years from the purchase date.
For products bought before January 1, 2015, the length of the manufacturer’s limited warranty is
one (1) year from the purchase date unless a different length is listed on the product packaging.
During the warranty period, we will repair or replace at no extra charge any parts we determine to be
defective.
If you cannot install, set up, or use your Gama Sonic products as directed in the product instructions,
contact Gama Sonic support immediately. We are here to help.
Do not attempt to modify Gama Sonic products to work around any potential physical or mechanical
defects. You may cause additional damage and void your warranty coverage.
If you are able to set up your products without difficulty but they don’t seem to function properly--
either immediately or after a period of normal operation--contact Gama Sonic USA support.
Use the products as they’re designed, and we’ll provide warranty support.
Any damage caused by setup or usage that conflicts with a product’s instruction manual would not be
covered under the warranty.
Any attempt to modify a product would void the warranty immediately.
The warranty does not cover replacement of parts that undergo cosmetic changes in external
appearance during normal usage of the products.
Manufacturers’ warranties may not apply in all cases, depending on factors such as use of the
product, where the product was purchased, or who you purchased the product from. Please
review the warranty carefully, and contact the manufacturer if you have any questions.
