products full consideration of vehicle occupants, vehicle systems (i.e., the location of fuel lines, brakes lines, electrical, drive train or other systems), air-bags and other safety equipment is

required. Gamber-Johnson specifically disclaims any responsibility for the improper use or installation of its products not consistent with the original vehicle manufactures specifications

and recommendations, Gamber-Johnson product instruction sheets, or workmanship standards as endorsed through the Gamber-Johnson Certified Installer Program.

Install assembly 7160-0069 into the vehicle using customer supplied bolts and nuts of the

largest size that will fit the four square holes in the base plate. Do not use lag screws or

sheet metal screws as these can pull out of the floor. We recommend placing fender

washers, which have a larger outside diameter than regular washers, on the back side of

the mounting surface. Placing the bolts so the nuts are inside the vehicle will prevent

corrosion from freezing the nuts on the bolts.

Assembly 7160-0077 does not include the mounting plate and lower pole. Insert the

assembly into a Gamber Johnson lower pole application such as a vehicle base or MCS

top plate.

To adjust the pole height, loosen the bolt at the top of the post one turn. If necessary, tap

lightly on the top of the bolt to release the screen display. Adjust the height and direction

of the screen display and retighten the bolt.
