The Center Upper Pole Assemblies are
used with any DS Lower Tubes or DS
Vehicle Bases with an integral lower tube.
Remove the (4) .25-20 x .75 Hex Head
Screws holding the upper bracket to the
tube.
Assemble the Motion Attachment device
being used to the upper bracket as shown,
using the hardware and bearing plates
supplied with the Motion Attachment
device.
Adjust the drag on the swivel motion by
tightening the (3) .25 lock nuts as
required.
Reattach the upper bracket to the tube
with (4) .25-20 x .75 Hex Head Screws
and .25 Flat Washers.
Insert Center Upper Pole Assembly the
into Lower Tube or Vehicle Base being
used .
While holding the Center Upper Pole
Assembly at the desired position, tighten
the center bolt securely with a 9/16"
open-end wrench.
Two .3/8" dia holes, are provided as a
strain relief tie down points or for use
with a security cable.
