INSTALL ON RIGID FLAT SURFACE
Drill two 0.261(G drill) inch diameter holes spaced 2 inches apart in desired 1.
location. Pay attention to orient holes such that Clevis is mounted in required
position.
2. Remove 1/4-20 Lock Nuts (item 1) and Washers (item 2) from Clevis.
3. Place Clevis on surface with Studs (item 3) going through holes.
4. Install Washers (item 2) and 1/4-20 Lock Nuts (item 1) on Studs (item 3) and
tighten to secure Clevis.
Position Clevis as desired and tighten 1/4-20 Lock Nuts (item 1) securly locking

Clevis into position.

loosely tighten.
FOR DESIRED SWIVEL TENSION
INSTALL ON EQUIPMENT WITH GAMBER JOHNSON SWIVEL PATTERN CUTOUT
Remove 1/4-20 Lock Nuts (item 1) and Washers (item 2) from Clevis.1.
Place Clevis on equipment with Studs (item 3) going through curved slots.2.
Install Washers (item 2) and 1/4-20 Lock Nuts (item 1) on Studs (item 3) and 3.
TIGHTEN OR LOOSEN NUT
